How Do I Make Payments?

Dance registration, tickets for competition admission, dance camp admission, dinners: Please bring cash or money order to the door. We might have a credit card option.

Where do I pick up my pre-ordered tickets?

All tickets are picked up at Will Call - at the door. Registration and Will Call opens on Thursday evening at 7:30 pm. You can pick up your tickets under the name of who ordered, or your studio. Allow PLENTY of time to pick up tickets before dancers compete or spectators attend the competition. Also allow time prior to dance camp for tickets. If payment is still due, add more time.

How do I enter to compete now?

Fax in the relevant competitor form and pay at door.

How do I enter the dance camp group sessions?

Download, print and then fax in the dance camp form, under Forms in the Competitor section.

Are there private lessons still available?

Yes, for most instructors. Fill out electronic form on Dance Camp page for requests or call Glenn: 650-223-4950. If you have already made a request, call him or EMAIL him for your schedule.

When will Teacher, Studio, etc. awards be given out?

Top Teacher, Top Student, Top Studio and other awards will be given out Saturday evening.

What are my dining options?

Dinners are still available to purchase for Friday or Saturday evenings. A cash bar is available during the competition in the evenings. DoubleTree Hotel does not serve food or drinks after the competition is over either night. If you are likely to be hungry, you might plan in advance and have sandwiches arranged through the Hotel directly (this is what they do for airline pilots and attendants!). Or, just plan in advance and eat/drink before 10/11 pm at the hotel.

Are there any discounts available?

We are want to encourage the student community, groups, and studios to come to the dance camps and have put together great discounted rates. Call for more information. Glenn at 650-223-4950.

When is the show?

Saturday Evening's show will be in two parts. Be sure to note the times in the program.
