The following rules and regulations are in addition to the current National Dance Council of America (N.D.C.A.) rules and regulations. Compulsory Routines

A choreographed routine in dance categories will be published on the City Lights Ball website, prior to the event. Participating couples then compete at City Lights Ball in this new category. See website updates for more information.
